Dear BBB, Please help solve this situation with Amazon that I have been trying to deal with but failed. I have a huge mole problem in my 2 acre lawn. So I ordered Molemax (gets rid of moles from yards), 12 plastic BAGS advertised on amazon.com, each bag was advertised to cover 5000 sq ft. This would help cover 60, 000 sq ft of my lawn. I was sent 12 plastic BOXES and NOT the BAGS, the boxes contain half the advertised coverage (2500 sq ft each box). I can buy the Molemax here in Iowa. The company advertised hosting service with email addresses. The email addresses hosted with them get constantly blacklisted, obviously because a lot of spamming businesses use their services. None of my email addresses with them are usable for sending mail. Totally unsuitable for business or if you expect to use email addresses for sending out email. If you get scammed from this company after accepting the 'free trial offer', act fast. Contact your bank and/or Credit card company to alert them of the unauthorized charges. Do this ASAP! After dealing with professional business people in many different needs. I would like to tell that this group do not stand behind there work and they will have you pay for there mistakes.
