I don't know what to do. I have been trying and trying for some time to make my car payment. The loan originated under Centrix Financial, later was sold to Flatiron out of Colorado. All contact information I have for them has resulted in a dead end. Everything I have found on the internet for a phone number either ALWAYS rings a busy signal or goes to the same number that says they have nothing to do with car payments. I purchased a used computer that was supposed to be refurbished and checked out thoroughly before it shipped. It came in broken from day one. I thought it was a software issue, but turned out to be a hardware problem. I sent the computer back after they issued an RMA#. They said they would give me credit. I also paid double the shipping costs to send it back to them. They subtracted a 10% restocking fee, thus I lost a $100.00 right off the bat. I guess I learned a very expensive lesson today. I was charged for three months of Vit Live Lean on-line service that I didn't know I was even getting. I don't like companies that tie additional items into free trials. I think it is very unethical for them to sign someone up for a service automatically when it is not stated outright that if you take the free trial this was going to happen. I went to free credit report.com to pull my yearly free credit report. I noticed a charge on my credit card three weeks later. for 29.99, from a company that I have never heard of. Privacy Matter Identity. When I called they asked if they were speaking with: and then they said my name. They demanded payment upfront with a bill that they refused to intemize or list an explanation of costs for, and said it was for my deductible costs and co-payment portions of my delivery that was planned for 2 months later. This is a scam. Once they have your money they don't even bother to deny that they can't get you more discounts than the actual website for the product can. You can go on line and get the same thing without them. We actually even found things cheaper. They don't return calls and you can't sign on their site for 10 days but have to cancel in 72 hours if you don't like what you see. Stay away!!! There are other sites with complaints. I'm filing my complaint against attorney Daniel Fox of Florida. Like many of the complaints posted on him, I too have fallen victim to his scam. I sent $1500 to him for his assistance to modify my loan and after months, have heard nothing. I also got those emails advising me that my request was in process but I actually can't even get to them as the phone numbers don't seem to work; after about the 3rd ring the phone gets disconnected. I recently purchased a 5 year extended warranty contract. Harley makes it clear that the contract must be purchased before the 2 year factory expires. What is not explained is that when the extended is purchased at the end of the 2 year factory coverage it rolls back to the original day of purchase. So in purchasing a 5 years contract, at the end of the 2 year coverage. The new contract rolls back 2 years so the customer is only receiving 3 years of coverage at the cost of a 5 year contract. I went to 7/11 today just to exchange some change I had as I was going to do Laundry. I had 1 dollar exactly in dimes, nickles and pennies that I simply wanted to change and the cashier was so disrespectful towards me it was unreal. We purchased the RD4 for our 8 year old son per his birthday request, online from NDS Arcade. They shipped the product and we received it without the instructional CD and software needed to run the chip. I live it Tomah Wi. there was a package mail to me on the 20th of July 2009 from the post office located at 130 W Pine St. Hattiesburg ms. The person that mailed the package said that she put a cell phone in the package before it was closed and processed to be sent out. Got a call from MCM Credit management by a guy named Andy. He said I owed $2132.00 in a credit card from 2000. I arranged payments of $50.00/month over the phone (I know stupid), and I sent them a total amount of $250.00 for this card I had opened in 2000 but thought I paid off. Have been neddign the door and sidelights replaces for over a year. Company that sells the product and the Peachtree rep both agree the product is faulty. Peachtree Corp has screwed around and still have not gotten back to nay of us. Have filled out required service request forms, sent several emails and nothing. I am keeping my door shut with shims. This company certainly is a fraud and scam business. I have placed 2 orders, one is on 19/06/2009 order number #981554, and the other order is #1069953. After submitting the orders, they always sent a message to ask me to call an international number for some verification. It turned out that's a fake number, the number never went thru.
