I had a ticket from St. Louis to Seattle (with connecting in Milwaukee) AirTran Airways Flight 515 on July 25 2009, with flight insurance purchased. On my way to the airport there was an accident on the highway, so I was stuck for 3 hrs...missing my flight.
I got to the Airport, and the AirTrans customer service reps took over 1hour and a half TRYING to figure out how to put a customer on standby for another flight...when they couldn't figure out how to, they FINALLY called a supervisor who told me I couldn't be put on standby... read full review »

Easy Saver charges started showing up on my account first $1.95 and now $14.95. I did not authorize this company to charge my card. I don't even know what this is!!! I ordered flowers using Pro-Flowers. I see that is a common thread. I was looking too see if this company had a website, and they don't. They called me some years ago, and I got stuck with a $1200 bill for 4 year's of magazines.
It did not stop then, they call me when that 4 years is up, and tell me i HAVE to pay for the NEW 4 year installment! I told them EVERY time they called me to STOP calling me, and take me off there list. I still get magazines and now im staring down another bill??? I don't understand this company i just want the magazines to stop, and im glad they don't have access to my new phone number or any of my bank information because they are SERIOUSLY a pain. read full review »

I hired Dyer Beech to handle my loan modification on my mortgage and paid $2000 up front. I hired them on 1/26/09 and they said it would take up to 90 days to complete the process. I didn't hear from them so I tried calling them their phone was always busy day and night and it was April now. I kept trying and never was able to get thru to them. There were no updates on my account info page and never got an answer to anything after that. I am in foreclosure now and I am not sure if I can save my house at this time. read full review »

I called the toll free number for the T-Mobile 2007 Free Fight Program and spoke with a woman named Cheryl who told me she would book the flight I selected and that I would receive an email (she verified she had my correct email) with the final flight information. I have never received anything from anyone about this flight!!

We opted to fly to Vegas via Allegiant Air out of Stockton, rather than flying out of Sacramento...BIG MISTAKE!
I would never recommend Allegiant Air after what we experienced this past week (July 21-25th, 2009).
The plane had little/no air conditoning, and they offered no complimentary water on their short flight (because as the staff said, they "aren't required to offer anything"). It was at least 85-90 degrees in the cabin the entire flight, from boarding to arrival.

I purchased a supposedly brand new Maytag washer aka Whirlpool and Maytag dryer from Home Depot on the 6000 Carlisle Pike, in Mechanicsburg, PA. Store #4120. After it was installed I went on vacation and when I returned went to use the wash machine and it made a terrible noise in the spin cycle.. All it did was bang and clunk when it went into the spin cycle. I shut it off and immediately called Home Depot, they told me they would have Whirlpool come out to fix it in a few weeks. Hi. I' m a resident of Tuolumne County and both my brother and I watch the TV. allot. However we do have some difficulties through your programing like digital breaking -up especially the low channels. they are: 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, 12, 13 and 14. Those the ones that we watch regularity and sometimes the higher channels but very rare.
As of Saturday July 25, 2009 approximately 2:30PM. PST, I had no service what so ever. However the TV. was shot off due to the problem the back on at 3:30PM. At that time service was re- stored.

They take their clients info from the ATX Center company and commit loan fraud. The ATX Non-profit company is used to hide money and skip out on taxes. I Joan Dirschedl applied for a credit card online with the New Millenium Bank online and they charged my checking account a fee of 69.95 for service charge. They said they can't refund it even though they didn't issue me a credit. They then sent me a letter saying they have a card for me but I would need to go to a place and setup a deposit into this account because it will be a secured card. First of all, I would like to point out that overall, I think very high of Keller Graduate School. Most of my experience here has been excellent, however when I transferred to the Schaumburg center things seemed to go down hill very fast. Suddenly my student loans are not dispersing correctly, holds are being placed on my account for no reason, courses are being cancelled, it is impossible to get help from an advisor unless you are a new student, and just overall things are not being handled in a professional manner. Our sons best friend sent his bat back to DeMarini under there ONE YEAR WARRANTY and to there surpise the company told them that the damage to their bat was not done by normal game play. This company is so rude & unprofessional. Customer already paid in full & they wrongly included the small shipping fee which the customer is willing to pay after the product arrived. Took my 2006 ML350 in (still under warranty), for a chirp in the engine. They had it all day, said they fixed it, before I pull out of the garage, chirp starts again. Took them 2 more tries to get it fixed.

I sent a Casio Exilim EX-Z1080 digital camera to the repair center because the lens was stuck. The warranty had expired, which I was aware of, so they sent me an estimate. At that time, I was offered an upgrade for a newer model. Since the cost of the upgrade was a little more than the cost of the repair, I opted for the upgrade. Pirated Garbage! I ordered the Wings Complete series from the Support Planet DVD thieves. Advertised as Brand New. What I received was a pirated version. Home recorded Dvd's from the T.V, hand written #'s on the dvd's and cheap laser printed covers. I canceled my credit card because I don't want these thieves to have further access. I have filed a dispute with my Visa department and Support Planet which operates under the name of BetaDvd'S. We called MGA in March of last year because the roof in our home was leaking. We had several bids and every company said the same thing, the roof was too warm and was causing ice dams. MGA's representative told us we needed ridge vents which would lower the temperature in the roof and resolve the problems. He offered us a two-year leak-proof guarantee.
