I called the company IDPROTECT at 1-877-974-1563 and after listening to the lengthy recording I was told they were experiencing a large volume of calls and I was instructed to call back at a later time and date. I noticed one comment from Sandra saying we need to join together to put them out of business, so I contacted Sandra and said 'Count me in'.
