I ordered a trial subscription of acai berry to aid dieting. The free trial said it was $3.99 usd. I then after approx 3 weeks had still not received a free trial. Then the company started helping themselves to money from my account. They charged me 118 usd which equates to 86.16 euros. Taj Grocers is a well known Indian Grocery store. It sells expired food products. Their food products, either have expired date or date has been scratched off. The food products keep smelling. I asked them couple of times, but they just say that it is fresh, but no change. I believe that customers of Taj must have got sick too. Now, this 'selling expired stuff' era is being followed by other Indian grocery stores (almost all) in Austin, Texas. I was speaking with a rep from Chase Bank for my Chase Visa card who informed me that I should really sign up for this payment protection plan. I have a small business and was told that small business hardship would allow me to activate this benefit. Royal Movers did come out to my grandmother's senior living apartment in Anaheim Hills, CA on 05/05/09 and pack all belongings noted and trucked them to the specified UT address by 05/16/09. My parents who are sr. bought a recliner chair. In Mar 09 The brick sent out a repair person who said the chair was bend on the back of the chair. Christmas 2008 I ordered new bedding for both teenage daughters. The one set is great. Thick, beautiful color, holding up just like you would expect a $200 quilt to hold up. The other set is two "Crinkle Puff Quilts" from PB Teen. They have not held up at all. Within weeks they were starting to tear just from pulling them up to make the bed. We have the government attacking the credit card companies for thier outrageous fees, what is up with buying a lawn seat for $28.00 then charging $6.00 for a parking fee, $1.00 for charity and then $12.50 for a ticket fee. We decided to go with Nations Housing Modification Center, which was the biggest mistake I think I ever made. Greenmountainenergy has the WORST customer service. They claim for winning JD Power Associates for customer service and they really hiked the bill to a ridiculous 15.34 cents in a hot summer, of course without any notice. When I called, they put me in a "low" price of 10.94 cents plan, but when the high bill continued to come, they said it wont happen until the "next" bill. Purchased living room furniture from Ashley Furniture in Frisco TX. (Loveseat/Sofa/Chair/Halifax/Walnut) SKU #'s 2550335, 2550338, 2550320 and along with these items purchased the 5 yr warranty. I don't know what to do. I have been trying and trying for some time to make my car payment. The loan originated under Centrix Financial, later was sold to Flatiron out of Colorado. All contact information I have for them has resulted in a dead end. I purchased a used computer that was supposed to be refurbished and checked out thoroughly before it shipped. It came in broken from day one. I thought it was a software issue, but turned out to be a hardware problem. I sent the computer back after they issued an RMA#. They said they would give me credit. I also paid double the shipping costs to send it back to them. They subtracted a 10% restocking fee, thus I lost a $100.00 right off the bat. I guess I learned a very expensive lesson today. I was charged for three months of Vit Live Lean on-line service that I didn't know I was even getting. I don't like companies that tie additional items into free trials. I think it is very unethical for them to sign someone up for a service automatically when it is not stated outright that if you take the free trial this was going to happen. This is a scam. Once they have your money they don't even bother to deny that they can't get you more discounts than the actual website for the product can. You can go on line and get the same thing without them. We actually even found things cheaper. They don't return calls and you can't sign on their site for 10 days but have to cancel in 72 hours if you don't like what you see. Stay away!!! There are other sites with complaints. I'm filing my complaint against attorney Daniel Fox of Florida. Like many of the complaints posted on him, I too have fallen victim to his scam. I sent $1500 to him for his assistance to modify my loan and after months, have heard nothing. I also got those emails advising me that my request was in process but I actually can't even get to them as the phone numbers don't seem to work; after about the 3rd ring the phone gets disconnected. I recently purchased a 5 year extended warranty contract. Harley makes it clear that the contract must be purchased before the 2 year factory expires. What is not explained is that when the extended is purchased at the end of the 2 year factory coverage it rolls back to the original day of purchase. So in purchasing a 5 years contract, at the end of the 2 year coverage. The new contract rolls back 2 years so the customer is only receiving 3 years of coverage at the cost of a 5 year contract. I had 1 dollar exactly in dimes, nickles and pennies that I simply wanted to change and the cashier was so disrespectful towards me it was unreal.
