They've supposedly been working on a modification request for over 4 months now. I called my mortgage company and NOTHING has been done. I've sent these people $2000.00. I've retained an attorney and requested a refund a month ago. I've called several times and they stated that a refund will take 6 weeks. When I called today, a message states that they have discontinued their business and there are no numbers given to be contacted. I have yet to receive my refund. Do not EVER do business with these companies. Work with your own lender. Most of these companies are scam artists! My house is now in foreclosure status. read full review »

I placed a less than a minute phone call, on one of there payphones using my credit card. It clearly said .50 cents to place a call and i was charged $10.00. I didnt have $10 on my credit card so my bank charged me $36.oo in an overdraft fee. This company owes me $46.00. read full review »

I ordered a free trial and agreed to pay 6.95 ONLY for the shipping. I never received the initial shipment and was charged an extra 1.95 on two accounts, then 69.85 a few weeks later - and still received NOTHING! The number they gave me gives no answer to messages and I can't get a hold of anyone from the company. They are continuing to charge me 69.85/month and sending me NOTHING! ARG! read full review »

I purchased a replica space helmet from this merchant. When the product arrived, it did not match what was advertised on the website and the product was also defective (warped). I returned the merchandise to the address they supplied me. Merchant then notified me they did not agree with my claims and would not issue me credit. I traded in my 2003 Chevy Impala for a new 2007 Chevy Impala at Jerry Gleason Chevrolet. When they took my old car, I left my I-pass (toll road remote device) on the windshield. I realized it about a half hour after leaving the dealership. I called my salesperson and he told me he would call back. After no call back, the following day I called him again. I was contacted yesterday by "Kenneth Samuel" from "The Law Firm" concerning a loan I supposedly took out and never repaid. When I initially called back, the number was a fax number, then I simply got a busy signal. I got through finally and was pressing for information on the "loan" when I asked what law firm he represented and did the law firm frequently employ telemarketers (because I could hear phones behind him). He hung up on me.

Advanced Transmissions & Emissions come and towing it for free and they call me ( Greg) and told me it will cost me $950 to fix, so I go there when I get there he told me it will cost me actually $2900.00 for a new one $2200.00 for a rebuild one and $2172.00 for a use one. Bought one of the Lil Joe's Legendary Leathers biker vest with bay area collar on Ebay (may 2009) on sale for $200 ... the lining was snagged when I got it -
I tried to contact Lil Joe's through Ebay and through their email, plus their phone number. All I ever got was their answering maching, left 4 messages and no one ever returned my call.
They claim their warranty is “Guaranteed 4 Life” ... bulls#it. No customer service.
I have told all of our brothers not to buy anything from Lil Joe's ... they suck!

This company has a revolving door. I was terminated after returning to work from emergency surgery. According to the owner and management due to the fact that Arizona is a right to work state they don't have to have a reason to terminate employees. They have no care for quality of product only quantity and put extreme pressure on their workers. Truly a sweat shop!! On 07/16/09, I had called the CU to inquire about the purchase of a cashier’s check, certified check and a bank check. I also asked for the explanation of each in great detail as I was seeking accurate information.

Planet Fords internet manager George Verify contacted me at work and stated that I was pre-appoved for a used car loan. I told him I had bad credit due to medical and funeral expenses. George told me that the U.S.govnt. had dealers who could help get me into a dependable used car and repair my credit. H.S.B.C Bank, has been giving me the run around when referring to a secured credit card they were suppose to send me. I sent the $300 on 10/08/2008 along with the papers I printed on line and they still haven't processed my application. They've sent me a form of agreement on the Oct. 30, and also stated that I had to send them a copy of my drivers license. After all was sent ( Nov. 1) I still haven't received my credit card. I went in to Quick N Clean car wash in Carrollton, Texas to have my car cleaned. The Site Manager told me to leave the keys and wait in the lobby. I watched my car go down the track through the glass window in the lobby. They sent a car in right behind mine with no one there to move my car. Needless to say my car was rear ended as I watched through the glass window. The site Manager acted as if this was a common occurance. When it failed on me today I called their corporate office in Alpharetta, GA and they gave me the name of 2 stores that sold their battery and I should take it back to them. My Complaint is about the Director Of Nursing, Shalves Anderson & The Administrator Head, Sandra Yerk. These 2 have higher positions than the employees and they take advantage of it. case #493552213, I downloaded a trail version so that I could get the product on my third P C. On June 24th I cannceled the trail version because I had used my first product key No. I was told that was a way to do it and a credit would be issued. Today I got my bill from visa and it has two billing, one for 131.98 which I owe and will pay, the other was for 114.99 which was to be credited off. Please let me know if I can go ahead and pay the 131.98 and that you will get a credit to my card company this month so I won't be charged interest.

I was fraudently charged by the S.O.B.s and immediately cancelled
my card. My bank has issued me a new card and I sent details of the
fraud and scam they are involved in. I've made reports to the
BBB - Better Business Bureau
FTC - Federal Trade Commission
FBI - Federal Bureau Investigation
I recommend everyone to contact these agencies! Each agency also asked if I filed with the local police.
These (people) need to go to jail and be deported!

Heres the deal, if you call the number referenced on your credit card bill, it will go to a customer support company that does show your account, they will dispute your charges via fax only at 800 573 5302. I have referenced their address provided above, however, I am uncertain if it's actually correct. I will be disputing my changes this week so if anyone else has done this and been successful, that would be great to know. Dr. Carlson has been treating a friend of mine LB for endometriosis and posive PAP results over the phone without EVER meeting her in person. He has swapped no account nor spent on someones account. Sony have blocked his console so he can never use it again on line. I ordered these pills as antioxidants and anti-aging pills only to find out from Health Canada and Canada Customs where they were intercepted, that they contain the prescription drug Sildenafil. A generic name for Viagra. I certainly do not want to be taking these pills as I am a female. The company has my MasterCard number and is still wanting to send and bill my card. Company placed a charge of $14.95 on my parents monthly telephone bill for "services". My Parents had not ordered any services or changes for either company listed ESEI or American evoice.
