I had paid an advance of 40000 wide receipt no : REC 09001653 on 5th June 2009. The Swift VDI was booked on 5th June 2009 and the car was supposed to be delivered by Sagar Automobiles on Aug 5th 2009. But as of date 7th August 2009 they have no clue about the car and now saying that there is a problem between Maruti and MRF and that is why the car is delayed. I then had no choice but agreed for the car to be delivered on September begining. The car has not been blocked and the bank has already started taking installment for the car that has not even been blocked. Is there a way to take it up with the Maruti Management? I have been trying to get ahold of Peak 5 to send a payment. I tried to send one for my July payment via moneygram and the woman told me she couldn't connect with a Peak 5 or a Flatiron Financial using the code I have always used to pay with, not only that, she didn't show them in her system at all anymore. I was taking a business flight from St. Paul Minnesota back to Bloomington Il. We arrived at our gate with 20 minutes to spare. Never ever using Priceline again!!! 1st Problem - the first car was too small, so I upgraded. Driving to my hotel aprox 30 miles away, there was no leg room. The next morning driving it, started to hear noise coming from one of the tires, immediately took it back, and got yet another car, upgraded again. 2nd problem - I arrived at my airport at 4:30am (EST), wanting to avoid any boarding problems. When I receive my credit card statement there a charge for $88.97 for the second kit. This transaction was for a one time trial for 1.99. The company damaged my filing cabinet and dining table. Even though I found the cheapest possible replacements at OfficeMax and WalMart, the company is too cheap to send $280 in compensation and instead keeps stonewalling. The filing cabinet seemed to be taken down stairs too roughly, and the bottoms and backs of several drawers were broken and my files were all over in the bottom (see photo). Okay. The minimum wage is now $7.25. I've been looking for an apartment now for the past two weeks. After I get into the door and hear all of the good things about the complex, then I hear that you must make at least 3 to 6 times the rent to be qualified for an apartment. Okay lets see. Well, I came across this website that was supposed to just take $1.95 out of my account for a cd which was supposed to explain about the grant service. When I applied, I didn't see any terms and conditions that said that they were going to take out more. One day I went to the bank and found out that my account was over $100 short.
