The company phoned my home number and told my girlfriend that my order (the ring) had arrived. It was supposed to be a surprise and up to that point she had no idea. Hi. I ordered the work for google at home startup kit cd rom. My mastercard was charged the 1.98 but I never received my cd. I'm normally not worried about 1.98, but I do care about paying for something and never receiving it. Now, I know google does not endorse the website selling the product, but I think they should look into it. The Wordwide Windows salesman wanted a 50% deposit for the material and installation project. 10% at first then remainder 40% after measurement the next day later. That was it, no work done and money gone. No one return phone calls, no one knows anything in the office. No one knows even if material were ordered or even the status of the contract. I just returned from six flags in NJ. (07/2009) I will never go there again. I am requesting a refund. ( Which no one Can Get I found out ) My family had the worst experience at this park. We used Precision Door Service in Scottsdale, Arizona, about three weeks ago. The price started at $89.00 and went up three times to $433.20. The next day we called because the door did not work. They wanted to charge us a service fee to come out and look at the door. This was the next day after their work was to be guaranteed. This company runs their sales similar to a timeshare presentation. They promise verbally condo's for 199 a week and 150 airfare but are very unlikely to produce these. The travel agency provides only verbal commitments and they made it difficult to trust anything they say verbally. I requested a condo for August over a month ago. I called twice and still have not heard back. I put on lay away a drawer chest for three month period. I paid 238 dlls for the piece and when I went to pick this up they try by all means to get you with one piece in exhibition and not from the warehouse. My husband and I just finished a lawsuit lasting 5 months, against Sam Jalouga of Eivan’s Photography. My car was repaired under approved services by DSI, the administrator under the extended warranty for Heritage Administration Services. Heritage refused to pay the repair center with a credit card, the usual practice. I was required to pay for the repairs, $3235.97, on 06/11/2009 in cash. I called DSI on 06/30/2009 to check on status and they denied receiving the final bill which had been faxed. I requested the repair center refax the bill which the center did. I confirmed 07/01/2009 with DSI that the bill was forwarded to to Heritage for payment directly to me the consumer. As of 08/08/2009 no payment has been received from Heritage. read full review »

POOR Serivce - I am going on my 6th repair call for the same issue. The techs keep on coming but they seem to mess it up each time. Today, Saturday, I had a call to confirm my service appointment between 8-5pm but no one showed. For over a year now I have tried to get someone in your billing department to contact me and resolve a balance due that has appeared on our billing invoice. I have sent registered letters and someone did call and I gave them copies of the research I did but it has still not been cleared up. When I pay the bill I put in a note asking someone to contact me but they do not. I am paying the invoice short each month leaving the previous balance and $5.00 late payment charge off. Georges was hired to seal coat my driveway last year. The treatment did not last even 7 months before it looked as though nothing was done to my driveway. i called Georges to complain and all he would say is that it was only meant to last 12 months, then 8 months and by the time we ended our conversation he said 6 months! I received the items today and want to return them for an exchange but when I read a complimentary exchange I assumed that I could return it free of charge and with a postage paid return address label. I'm really upset with this companies advertising and more over there customer service. I called, ordered cause yes, I have some blemishes. Any way so I get the product and get charged an advertised $30, I decide the product is not worthy and call to cancel. I get another charge for $60 after I do so. Walmart, Lowe's, and Home Depo can not be bothered to check the quality of the cheap plants they offer. As a result tomato blight has taken over the North East US. I personally lost more than $50.00 of high quality Burpee plants that had been thriving.
