I called and asked why they took more money from my account and they said I had a 3 day trial membership for discounted books and the membership fee is $19.95/month. My 3 days ended the previous day. About 1999, I did research and found a surgeon that could do a breast reduction with my insurance. He seemed okay from what I could find on him at the time - so I made an appointment.
