Hi, USAFIS continues to call me early in the morning (between 5 and 7 am Pacific Time) every day even after I told them that I was not interested and asked them not to call me. They still insist that I complete their application and paid them 400 dollars. This is a SCAM and don't trust them your money. Green Card lottery is free as indicated on the US Dept of State website.
