This company took my money on 8-10-09 without my knowledge. I got a charge of $70 on a product that I have never seen. There was only suppsosed to be a charge for $1.97 in order to recieve this information in the mail. I ordered 2 free products--for $.99 shipping and $2.49 shipping--30 day trial sample of each on 08/09/09. Today, on 08/10/09, someone called and said something about a free trip and a charge of $39.99 and I said no I didn't want that. He gave me a toll free number that is very static sounding every time I call. When you try to talk to a customer service rep you are put on hold indefinitely with no back-up option. I signed up for a Well Care Medicare Advantage Concert Plan, when I became eligible for Medicare at the time of my retirement. My plan went into effect on 4/1/08. Has anyone else out there been a victim of Intuit TurboTax's "Accuracy Guarantee" and "Audit Support" vaporware? I was audited by the IRS for my TurboTax 2007 return. Lack of respect for ticketed passengers with a seat assignment. I purchased a ticket to fly from Albany, NY to Knoxville TN connecting through Detroit. I got to the check in 1 1/2 hours before the flight and was told that I had to be rebooked to connect in Atlanta because the flight was overbooked. "Sarah" then suggested a 'preferred' credit reporting site to obtain the score.
