I lost my phone in a taxi when I called the company, I was told they would look for the phone but chances ofrecovery of an item left in the back of a cab were slim. After the first day convinced I would not recover the phone I filed a claim with Asurion for the replacement of the phone. Repair work was authorized in March of 2009 by Heritage Warranty Group. Faxed all requested paperwork by Warranty company and never received payment. Called several times and spoke with different customer reps and have been given the same answer...their company is about a year behind on claim payments.
