We have been complaining for weeks because, my wife, who works at home via HughesNet is being threatened with getting fired if our Internet service connection does not improve. I bought this eliptical machine for my daughter and she complained it doesn't feel right. It hurt her back to use it and her feet kept slipping forward so her toes were mashed. She also said she felt like she was going to fall on her face. In the meantime she would not use it. I recently felt my back injury was well enough and tried it for myself. She is correct. I ordered several items from Seventh Avenue. None of them arrived damaged, but one of the big items that cost $40 to ship cracked AFTER we put it together. So in order to get a refund of $250, we'd have to pay another $40 or more to ship it back - out of pocket.
