I was recommended by a friend to take driving lessons from a Mr. Stanley Li, of New Concept Driving School. My first lesson with Mr. Li was on May 24th, 2009. My second lesson was May 30th, 2009 at which time I gave Mr. Li $350 for 10 hours of driving lessons. After our 2nd lesson, which was a total of 3.5 hours, Mr. Li disappeared and has since not answered my calls. When they were bought out by JP Morgan Chase, I knew that there would be changes to their policies and procedures, but was resolved to not change banks because of the overall hassle involved. I ordered a pair of sneakers size US5.5 (Eur6). I received a pair of sneakers that are not the correct size. The sneaks fall off my feet. They are at least one and a half sizes too big. I contaced the company as soon as I received them. NO REPLY. I contacted them again the next day, still NO REPLY!! It seems that I have no recourse in this matter since they will not discuss their mistake with me. I am out $86.99, which is not the way we do business in the United States. I purchased my Chrysler 300 in 2005. In November, 2007 I had to have it towed and repaired. The problem was the gear shift sticking. Now, in July, 2009 I am having to have the same problem fixed. I feel that someting is wrong, if I am having this problem fixed every other year. I know that I do not have an extended warranty, but that should not have anything to do with the problem. This Compnay has a Lien against me and unfortunately my daughters bank account. Though I have been to Court and have showed PAST cancelled checks of payments towards my invoices. i would like to thank Kari ( manager at savemyhomeusa ) she had over 100 hrs that she worked on my file she was able to help stop my sale date on my home and get the lender to lower my rate to a 2% rate for a 40 year term. I have seen alot of good and bad press about loan modification companies and i think the first thing you have to do is be patient when you start the process. This company calls and offers free products. After agreeing to the "free" product, all of a sudden charges start showing up on our credit card at which time we called to cancel. We were told that we had to wait until the product was received and then return it unopened before credit would be issued. After approximately 6 weeks, a box appeared and it was returned to sender, unopened as directed. I have purchased a slider case for my iPhone at the Apple Store in January for $99.95. It works great until my visit to Miami the weekend of 7/18. The plastic film on the case literally melted away (see photo). My slider case now has many bald spots. This is basically a storefront puppymill.I bought a beautiful little puppy from them against my better judgement but I felt so sorry for him. I wish I could have taken them all home.
