I ordered several items from Seventh Avenue. None of them arrived damaged, but one of the big items that cost $40 to ship cracked AFTER we put it together. So in order to get a refund of $250, we'd have to pay another $40 or more to ship it back - out of pocket. Plus we'd have to take it all apart after taking two hours to put it together in the first place. Another item we purchased also did not go together well at all. Do not go to this shop for any engine work.I had a 95 honda civic and i did a motor swap 1.6ex engine for 1.8ls motor. This guy that runs the shop name carlos installed the 1.8 LS integra motor in my civic and it only lasted for about 2 months and THE MOTOR THREW A ROD.The mechanics at TNG CUSTOMS said that carlos brother had that same motor motor and he had problems with it overheating. I placed and order and the order was not delivered for 2 months upon receipt of the order I called to return it since it was nothing like the scent that was supposed to be duplicated. In fact it smelled like they put soap in water and called it perfume. They refused to return my money as they said that I was outside of the 30 days. They pretty much tell you that you will receive what the resort would sell the time share for if you were to buy it direct. I have a major complaint with all commercials. I am sick and tired of loud commercials. These commercials are so annoying that I am not and will never be interested in purchasing any of the products shown. Make sure you thoroughly read your contract with these people before signing. I signed a 3 year contract with them, and after the 3 year term ended, I called to cancel services. They told me the contract was 3-year retroactive, which the representative failed to tell me, and that if I wanted to cancel services, I should have sent them a certified letter, in the mail, 1 month prior to my contract end date, which had already passed.
