POOR Serivce - I am going on my 6th repair call for the same issue. The techs keep on coming but they seem to mess it up each time. For over a year now I have tried to get someone in your billing department to contact me and resolve a balance due that has appeared on our billing invoice. I have sent registered letters and someone did call and I gave them copies of the research I did but it has still not been cleared up. When I pay the bill I put in a note asking someone to contact me but they do not. I am paying the invoice short each month leaving the previous balance and $5.00 late payment charge off. Georges was hired to seal coat my driveway last year. The treatment did not last even 7 months before it looked as though nothing was done to my driveway. i called Georges to complain and all he would say is that it was only meant to last 12 months, then 8 months and by the time we ended our conversation he said 6 months! Clearly this is a business not into providing an honest service for the money. I wish I had read some of these complaints before ordering the Kymaro products. I received the items today and want to return them for an exchange but when I read a complimentary exchange I assumed that I could return it free of charge and with a postage paid return address label. I'm really upset with this companies advertising and more over there customer service. I called, ordered cause yes, I have some blemishes. Any way so I get the product and get charged an advertised $30, I decide the product is not worthy and call to cancel. I get another charge for $60 after I do so. I bought two twin Aerobeds at Bed Bath & Beyond for visiting relatives. I was pleasantly surprised that there was a $10 BB&B gift card offer (see inside for details) on the signs and boxes. Walmart, Lowe's, and Home Depo can not be bothered to check the quality of the cheap plants they offer. As a result tomato blight has taken over the North East US. This is the second gas rebate we have been offered, the first went broke. We have been with Value Buzz since April, 2009. I called and asked why they took more money from my account and they said I had a 3 day trial membership for discounted books and the membership fee is $19.95/month. My 3 days ended the previous day.
