My August payment was due 8/1/09. I set up a payment through my bank on 8/31/09. Obviously my bank and your offices are not open for business on a Saturday to process payments. Consequently my payment arrived in your offices on Monday, August 3, 2009. I was subsequently charge a $39 late payment. I feel that the late payment was unjust and wish it reversed. I worked for Abbeys housekeeping for two months. When you call her to get information about a job or ask about your pay check she cusses you out, and tells you to stop wasting her time. I got ripped off also. I got 2 checks one for $95 and 1 for $9, she told me she still owed me 16 dollars and it would be in my next check. It has been 2 Months and I have sought legal advice to recoup the wages she owes me. In the mean time she has moved and has returned letters with sign receipt, her lack of response to my letters only confirms this is a rip-off business. Ever since I bought Kinetic Sym Flyte, it has given n number of issues. The chasis has broken within a span of 1 and half years and servicing people don't even agree its a manufacturing defect. I bought the vehicle on 13th Feb 2007. Having Direct TV installed they damages the brinks on my house, which a damage claim was paid. Hi, I have IFB Dishwasher (Neptune) and it's under AMC with IFB. 1.5 months back (9th July 2009), I'd put a complain for it's malfunctioning. Technician has visited my place twice, and yet the problem is not resolved. I have been following up with call centres, service centres and regional manager as well, but till date (40 days+), the issue is not yet resolved. IFB has to improve it's after sales service.
