XM is billing us for Lifetime service of the XM radio when we call because our service had been interrupted. Our last bill was over 1600 dollars for our one vehcile unit. Currently we do not have any service because our account was suspended because we didn't pay the 1600 dollrs, that we don't owe. We had pre-paid for a 3 year plan and upgraded to a Lifetime plan and despite this we have no XM radio and an ridiculous bill. This company after committing fraud on a lot of people, has now disconnected their telephone number. They offered a flat fee refinance of $995, and an appraisal fee of $280. If the loan did not fund, the fees would be returned. Well, many loans did not fund, including mine, and now there is no recourse with the company. I purchased my Jeep in 2007. I am currently on disability and will be going back to work next week and am 1 month behind on my payment. I have spoken to several representatives at Chrysler of my Financial situation and that I do have a job and will be going back to work soon. I was so comfortable talking to him I even offered him dinner and a drink to take with him. The magazine was never delivered.
