My subscription renewal went to a collection agency because I didn't renew it. They have a completely rubbish service and even worse call support. They keep charging you from your balance, it keeps getting lower even if you have not made any calls for days altogether. They will NOT send you to collections over a $20. By law there is a minimum charge collection agencies will accept. I believe this amount is $250, but it could be as small as $100.
