I purchased a wireless modem so I would have internet service on my vacation to Conneticut. I went to the web site and through a chat I was informed that the device would work in Ct. Bought 3 PL4250N Plasma TV from Bestbuy in Hoover Alabama in April of 07. All have went out since then. I have filed a complaint with HP exec level. I was able to get a board and a tech sent out on 1 of the tvs just happened they sent the wrong board and said they could not afford to send any more boards. I booked a room for two nights through Expedia. When I arrive at the hotel about 3:00 PM I found out they did not allow pets. On the main page from Expedia there was no mention of the no pets. Talk about appliances from hell and customer service to match!!! Starting with the washer, I have had a drain pump, controller, diverter valve, a second drain pump and wire harness, a cold valve, a hot valve, motor controller and display board replaced. We purchased the LRFD25850ST model fridge and have had NOTHING but problems with it. We also purchased a 4 year extended warranty from Home Depot which has turned out to be worthless.
