A salesman came out to my home and persuaded me in a very pushy manner to sign up with his company. The owner came out to my home next and tells me that he cannot do the job for the price that it was contracted for. The owner wanted an additional $1500 to proceed with the installation, and that he was not responsible for the salesman, Jeff Kieffer's mistake. The owner claimed that the salesman is an independent contractor, therefore, he is not liable. Buyers beware of low prices and overly pushy salesmen. I would not recommend this company to anyone. January 2008, I was doing attempting to get a free gift card which forwarded me to a set of questions and choices for other free stuff. One of the locations was this website. I don't believe I ever received any magazines and could not get through when I called or went to the website. I too signed up for the free trial of Dazzel White Pro. When I found out that they were going to charge me $58. I immediatly called them to cancel the product that I haven't even received yet. When I did receive it I sent it straight back to them and they refunded me the money. It took about 2-1/2weeks for them to refund the money back to me. Let me start of by saying that if you want to attend this school and learn more about the programs offered don't bother to ask questions because the departments within the school will refuse to return you calls or even respond to you if you go there in person to speak with them. Packet 8 provided the freedom annual plan for $199 and did automatically renew the subscription a year later with an increase in price to $240 - upon calling up packet 8, this renewal meant we cannot cancel the plan or get any refunds, the call quality has been very bad, I work from home a lot of days and it is almost unusable to make work calls, I have to switch over the using my mobile, wasting my minutes.
