I work with Corptek Solutions and we were asked to do work for Marlene (President and CEO) of DBR Marketing. We completed a data cutover and a couple of other things. I sent an invoice over for payment for services rendered which was ignored and never paid. To this day, they have not paid their bills and have moved and changed their number. Signed up a few years ago for there FREE fax to email service. A few years ago i agreed to pay $ 3.95 a YEAR. Now they are charging me without my agreement $12.95 a month. This is bar none the worst dry cleaner I have ever been too. On numerous occasions I had to have items sent back to their cleaning facility either because (1) new stains appeared that were not present when I dropped off the item or (2) they did not get out the original stain to begin with. Their shopping cart system should have a disclaimer that the price shown is just an estimate and that you will be responsible for whatever amount the owner decides your order is worth. Placed a catalog order over the phone with Ryans Pet Supplies. The sent me my order which wasnt what I ordered. Sfter looking at the order and deciding I did like the doggie cologone product. Staff is rude, they never return phone calls, do no know how to answer questions and the credits I earned did not transfer to Bergen Community College. Only 7 of 21 credits transfered. I got a B+ in English Comp I at Berkley, but no one will accept the credit and I had to take it over at Bergen CC. TWO of Berkeley's English (I and II) equals only ONE of Bergen's. It's sick! I bought a pool from these people last year. I paid $300.00 to fill the pool and the liner split. They replaced the liner but when asked about reimbursement for the water they have done nothing but string us along. We haven't gotten any straight answers and basically they think if you ignore something long enough it will go away. They don't return calls and don't respond to emails. Ultimate fares has absolutly no customer service! I spent over 6 hours on hold and was ultimatly hung up on. During all that time I was also emailing them about my problem. When my call started I was caller #9 with a 60 minute wait time. I wanted to try the free trial of reservtrol ultra for 99 cents for 15 days. I never received my trial ordered on Aug 3, 2009. On Aug. 17, 2009, my acct was billed for 87.13.
