I do not think I should be force to stay in an apartment or be held responsible for a lease that will be hard to find a new tenant due to the leak. I placed an order through the Gothic website on 17th July and was told it would be aprox 30 days to receive my order. There is a tracking facility on the site, when I input my order code and delivery postcode it says the order was last progressed on the 9th August. When I try to call them for more information the phone rings out every time and no answer machine to leave a message. I have emailed them several times with no response and I have also called the number on their Lucid.co.uk site asking someone to pass on a message to Gothic to call me back and still nothing. I had applied a broadband internet connection from hathway in Bangalore on 14th August 2009 .I paid the advance of Rs/-1000 on that day. On 17th Aug, I was told that they could not provide me the connection ang will be giving me refund The catch is that they do not tell you to contact the accounts department for claiming the refund. I had to find out myself. And the refund/accounts department had the incompetence greater than their field engineers. I dont know how long they are going to take to process one cheque of 1000 rupees.
