I had applied a broadband internet connection from hathway in Bangalore on 14th August 2009 .I paid the advance of Rs/-1000 on that day. On 17th Aug, I was told that they could not provide me the connection ang will be giving me refund The catch is that they do not tell you to contact the accounts department for claiming the refund. I had to find out myself. And the refund/accounts department had the incompetence greater than their field engineers. I dont know how long they are going to take to process one cheque of 1000 rupees. I hired the company to install tile in an bathroom. Thru a series of events I didn't use the bathroom for several years while I shopped for new built ins and fixtures. Once I started using the bathroom it was past their warranty but it was becoming quite obvious that the flooring was not properly adhered to the floor. The point about this supposed free site is that it ends up not being just a free age verification site. I have tried this particular site DateSafeGuard 2 or 3 times and all it does is sign me up for a porn site and charges my account that it says it won't do. I was supposed to be charged $6.99 for the first 2 sets of windshield wonders that I ordered and the 3rd set was supposed to ship at no additional shipping cost. Yet they charged me $34.95 for shipping...over-charge by an additional $20.97. The customer service link gives hours of M-F 9 - 5 yet they tell you they're lines are always busy so it's best to call on Thurdays or Fridays. This review is related to long distance collect calls from Alabama made through Zero Plus Dialing, Inc . I accepted 3 calls for a total of 32 minutes and my bill totalled $148.70. Included in each call is a charge for "Federal Universal Service Fund" @ $3.50 for each 6 minute call (I had 2 6 minute calls) and $6.76 for a 20 minute call. Customer service was pitiful at this electronic repair store located at the corner of Bumby and Colonial. I took a DVD player to them to repair back in March, and after two months finally realized they either didn't have the expertise or could care less about repairing the unit. I went for two months while they stumbled around to try and diagnose a problem I had. All I wanted to know was could the unit be repaired at a cost less than a new one. This company professes to be in the extermination business. Our building contains seniors and disabled persons. Starting in 2004 Coach Exterminators was called in to exterminate once a month. The techs came sprayed everything but roaches. They have nearly killed the residents once when pressure was brought to bare for their poor service.
