The ad represents that all the national network TV channels endorse this product, including a testimonal from a newS anchor. Free trial offers, guaranteed refund if not satisfied at any time. At the bottom on the ad in very small print they state that none of the above is true, even the news anchor is a fictitious charactor including her 3 week journal of loosing 7 to 9 pounds a week!!
When tried to cancel order no one available and no response via phoneor email. Now logging dispute with credit card company to obtain refund on product never received and with the Better Business Bureau. read full review »

America Service Insurance located in Elk Grove Illinois is one of the worst places I ever dealth with. Their sales offices Argus is another. They do not keep their word, change their stories every five minutes and so on. My car has been damaged by hale and almost two months later it is not fixed yet. They send me a $200 check and said that it is how much the repair is worth. The car has over 50 holes all over its body.I got two estimates they both were about $3500. Metro use the new TAP (transit Access Pass), but almost all time inside the buses that machine does not work, I charge my TAP every week $17, this morning 3:06 am the employee #16589, driving the bus #7838 told me that I need to pay because my TAP card is empty (without money), and then I gave my payment proof and was imposible that she let me ride the bus. Some how I got sucked up into a trial for Cleansgold and Oxi-Berry from a website - for 1 dallah. Yeah ... When I saw the two $1.00 dollar charges - after it came through my account, I called the 800 numbers. Believe it or not I got a person with a heartbeat, he told me I would be receiving my trial one month supply of the two products within a few days. I own apartments, and have used A-Absolute for 3+ years to clean carpets. Two weeks ago, A-Absolute cleaned carpets for us. Last Friday, we had an appointment set-up for 2-4:00 PM, and waited from 1:30 to 4:15 and had a no-show.

I booked a 12000RS online ticket BOM-BKK, paid at the Nariman offices of Thai Airways, was told 2 days before the flight that it was cnacelled, booked a flight with JetAir and found out at the airport that the Thai light was operating as scheduled. I ordered a 57.00 $ t shirt on Saturday. I recieved an email right away saying the t shirt I ordered was out of stock, and my order would be cancled. Also that my credit card would not be charged for out of stock items.
I then ordered another 57.00 $ t shirt. The same thing happened. I then thought ok I wont be charged for anything. The next day I was had two 62.00 charges on my card. This site is an auction site. It is set up to take your money via credit card and PayPal and when you actually win an auction it does not pay out the item, it simply resets itself and continues the auction with the same item. The contact information on the site is sparse and there are no responses from emails.

when you get the product for trial the date is evidently from time of dipatch in the uk and it arrives in Australia about 2 weeks later. so that sux for starters, then they beging to bill you for the full price for a so called frigging trial.

Today I got my bank draft, I got surprised, they debit my card twice for 24/07/09 - 83.48 Euros.
08/08/09 - 83.79 Euros.
All together 167.27 Euros for the Medicines I've used only 2 days.
Because of several syntomes vomiting, stomache burning, I stopped it.

I purchased a 32" Samsung TV 0n 23Aug with the assurance that Samsung will come and do a wall mount install within a week. It has been two weeks and still no service. I have called their service number every day and each time, some one will be give me the assurance that a service engineer will come in 24 hours. Many such 24 hrs have come and gone but no intallation. If you buy a Samsung product please get the dealer to coordinate with Samsung and do the installation. I've been charged R1626.00 rebooking and penalties for me and my two boys on 14/8/2009 for being 10 min late for our 6:40am flight???Re-scheduled flight was suppoese to leave 8:00am we only boarded 7:50. I've got all this in writing from staff @ boarding gate etc.
I feel i experienced the worst customer service and this from a senior person.
Not everybody has got funds to re-pay and I want a refund even if I need to take this to the daily dispatch paper with staff names etc.

I too 4eceievd one of these famous checks from Linda Spauldin, if that is even a real person. the check was written off of Corus Bank from a company called peoples currency exchange which is a legal business.
it is check no 214237 and is for 928.oo and they are asking me to send thema 1.5% commission or $75.oo, so they are changing up who the checks are from and the amounts are now lower, I am guessing to make it seem more realistic.

These people will get you hooked on opiates (narcotic) drugs, and get high pay offs from drug companies, then kick you out for minute reasons, without offering you help to detox.
