I purchased an HP Pavillion for around $600.00 in 2007. After just a few months of using it, it essentially froze and shut down with an error message stating the difficulty was caused by an unrecoverable hardware problem. Under warranty it was returned for repair TWICE, first in May 2008. HP returned it with the CPU power supply repaired. DHGate is agent for China vendors: you place order with DHGate, they hold $ in escrow until product received, then Chinese vendor gets paid. Fraudulent business practice. Three Hour delay from committment time and sent 3 instead of 4 movers with no response and apology. Bad treatment, misleading coupons given to customers! Pepino's in Menomonee Falls attaches $2.00 coupons to each pizza when you buy one.
