My home was built 10 years ago and my builder recommended Weathershield windows. We purchased one of their higher quality wood clad line of windows with a special factory paint finish. The paint finish warranty is for 10 years and the seal 20. Our windows started rotting and leaking 4 years ago. I reported it to Weathershield and have gotten now where. Being a small business I save where I can, so I bought an "open box" HP psc 7280 printer from Circuit City as they were clearing out their inventory. The printer was missing several of the "host" print cartridges. Purchased the past, present, future ring in white gold. The band turned yellow and had to be "dipped". According to the store this is normal. I Purchased the Lifetime Jewellry Protection Plan. At the apartments on 3351 lafayette st in denver colorado there is a family that is being evicted under false pretenses. the house is infested with multiple bugs some added from a bad repair job on the sewer pipes in the home, which the current tenant being evicted has pictures of. The dealership where I bought the vehicle has consistently provided terrible service. They would tell me the vehicle was going to be ready by a certain day/time and then it would not be. They would never call me, I had to call them for status updates. They send you a postcard to cancel 2 wks prior, but even if you call like I did it doesn't matter. They charged me 233.00 for magazines. And know don't answer phone, automated without account numbers and don't have that either. Watchout for credit cards that give points away for free magazines to try. We purchased our kitchen cabinets through Menards with a company called Prestige. We were told by Menards staff Prestige sells higher quality cabinets then their other vendors. We have had nothing but disaster after disaster... We received our cabinets and found several doors and cabinets scratched, chipped and poorly put together. Employee took measurements from crotch to length on childrens uniform pants(that were extremely difficult to locate). I receive a call from the plant phone number 407-363-0463 to confirm length. I gave them proof of my insurance during my appointment, and they never billed them. Instead the extremely rude and condescending secretary accused me of not having insurance. I offered to fax or email paperwork so that she could bill the insurance and she refused to give me a fax number or email address. I called them several times to help them fill out the paperwork, and they didn't do anything. Instead she sent me a bill for work that is 100% covered by my insurance. Went on a family vacation to Las Vegas. Booked a room through Priceline.com to name your own price. Picked Sahara Hotel and Casino which said they were a 2 1/2 star hotel for $40 per night. Also, paid the hotel an extra $20 per night to upgrade. Found a pool of blood in the stairwell and pubic hairs in the sheets.
