I brought my 2008 car into the service department for an emissions related smog test failure. Since my fairly new I told the service writer that it should be under warrenty. He agreed. Later that day I received a call expecting to have the problem repaired for free. Instead I was told that there was nothing wrong and I owed $97 for a diagnostic fee. I was not told that this fee had to be paid on a car under warrenty. I purchased a vehicle from them July 11, 2008; 28 days later the engine blew, leaving me stranded on the side of the highway. I had to have vehicle towed, Wing Auto later towed it to their location where it still sits. I have a GE wash machine that I have had problems with since 2005 when I purchased it. Clothes do not come clean, I am not overloading, and the clothes still have dry spots on them when I take them out.
