My son purchased an Alienware m15 computer for college. It had some hardware issues (volume control) and was sent for repair in June. After a month it was returned to us and the problem still existed. We sent it back and 3 wks later rec'd it back and the problem still there and now the case was cracked. We sent it in again. On August 27, 2009 my capital one visa was charged $29.97 I did not recongnize the charge. We recently order, through Google Store, a new Olympus Stylus 1030SW 10.0MP, Green digital camera. When we received the camera, which was not delivered as guaranteed by the website, it was in a plain white box with a gray label that stated Stylus 1030SW Green. Each part was put into the box with the camera placed in bubble wrap and an air-filled filler to fill the space in the box. The "Team" Property Management are the people who I pay my association fees to. I Pay it when I get it but the thing is that they keep on sending it out late. The billing statement is postmarked on the 8/28/09 Friday. It takes 2 days for the post office to process the letter and the carrier to deliver it to my house. It arrives on 8/31/09 Monday. The due date is 9/1/09. They give me only 1 day to make the payment or else they charge me a $25 dollar late fee. I paid for 2 powerleveling services. They did not provide the service. They finished one character, it took them 11 days when the website said it would take 3. The second character they started and then did nothing with for 2 days. I then changed the password and kicked them from my account. Just like the other complaint about this bogus company, I noticed that ny phone bill jumped up by about $15 one month, and at very end of bill there was a charge for "ILD Teleservices" for $14.95. I had no idea what this was/had never heard of such a thing. I have a nearly two-year non-delivery! This event venue, took a $750 depost from my dad for my wedding.. And then completely changed management, and raised our total bill for the day $3, 000. We said that at that price point it was out of our price range and we would have to go somewhere else for our wedding.. They would not return our deposit. And that was over a year in advance of our wedding, they had plenty of time to reschedule an event for that day. Terrible company ethics! I paid this company $675 to call 300 leads and set a minimum of 1 appointment and several callbacks. The initial list was of individuals who were not qualified within the parameters i was told ($250k liquid assets). They sent me a new list with the same names---just changed the income and asset numbers. The said they gurantee an appointment and give them a chance. I reserved a room for 5 nights through expedia. After checking in, I told the counter person that I'll checkout a day sooner and the person confirmed a refund for the fifth night since it was more then 24 hour notice. I bought a two piece swim suit form Bestswimwear.com. I returned the top for a different size. It never came, nor would they respond to my requests. Later, I returned the bottom part of the suit, and now the post office says it is undeliverable at their address. They have my money and I have half a swim suit that I don't want! Attempted to use payphone near visitor center at Mammoth Cave National Park. Charged call to Mastercard. Call went through, wife could hear me, I could not hear her. She hung up. I called operator on same phone, she could hear me, I could not hear her. She made a statement along the lines of "no response on the line, operator terminating call". Went into the Mammoth Cave Hotel, found another payphone, had all the same labels as the one outside. Call operator, a man asked what number I called. Next thing I hear is the phone ringing. BEAWRAE OF RESVPURE SCAMS. On June 02, 2009, I ordered the free trial of Smile Brite (Teeth Whitening Product) through their web site by just paying the shipping charges of $3.77 with my credit card and one week later (June 8, 2009) I received the free trail product than after using the product for one week I cancelled the order on June 15, 2009 which is still within 10 days of cancellation period from the date of product received. I was billed three times by RESVPURE for amount $78.37, $ 5.95 and $ 5.95 on my credit card which I did not authorize. False advertising on web & in booklets. Concorde Glass ad claims privacy rating of 8. Not true. Our sidelites contain 50% clear glass. Since 2000 we have had 3 different Therma Tru front doors with different glass installed in 3 different houses. Other 2 were as advertised. Archlite is rated as 6 & and in our current house. I was paying approximately $200. per month to be a part of the GEMFIND.NET b2b network. I joined the network to sell diamonds to other diamond dealers, and other professional jewelers. I am very computer savvy. Anyway GEMFIND misled me to believe that there were MANY other jewelers and dealers on this network. This company offered a "free trial" of the AcaiBerry Detox stating I only had to pay $.99 for the shipping. I did understand that I had to cancel my trial (HASSELL FREE) myself. I was charged $82.31 for the free bottle and immediately disputed this and cancelled on August 12. I have now accrued additional charges for another bottle they sent. Company miscalculated gross pay on last paycheck received. Company did not send paycheck for last days worked. When presenting the owner, controller, payroll person and "consultant" with the correct numbers and facts, they conveniently stated that the Pay Periods that have been listed on my checks for over a year were not correct. My router is under warantee and have had a couple of issues with it, but when I called Linksys for service, their Tech "lady" who spoke poor English, kept me on the line for 1 1/2 hours for troubleshooting before determining the router was defective. An hour and a half?! Please?! And now their return policy ensures it will be at least 3-4 weeks before I have a replacement one. Nice ~ real nice Linksys ~ I run 4 computers for our home business! Biancardi Construction abandoned our deck repair project when less than 1/2 was completed, owing us thousands of dollars for pre-paid work and materials. The job which the owner Chris Biancardi estimated would take 1 - 2 weeks dragged on for over 2 months with multiple excuses for non-completion.
