I was cold called by this company in May, and agreed to take out a trial pack of their Omega-3 multi vitamins. Basically when they called I was still in bed and agreed to get them off the phone. The trial pack never arrived so I never gave it a second thought. I relocated to Pretoria in May. I had to pay a deposit to have my utilities activated. My utility bill increased on average by R200 per month. This month's bill arrived and it was a whopping R1500. Nearly double from the previous month. After many phone calls - which either gets cut of, or end up holding nearly 30 minutes, I was told that this was due to an increase in my deposit. The website offered a program that you could easily use to make money doing online work at home. After I paid the shipping and handling price, the ad changed to downloading ads. I was called a few days later and was "offered" a special price for my own website, which I would have to have in order to place these ads. The whole thing stinks of fraud. My dealings with Mr. Hanna was a living nightmare. I would get calls day and night then they would threaten with lawsuits if I didn't do a payment plan. They wouldn't accept anything less than $150.00 a month and would call my work then tell whoever answered the phone why they were calling. I would tell them not to call me at work but they did anyways and I would get letters in the mail at my work and home. I could not make them stop. We signed up with AmerAssist to help with our debt. Many promises were made, but we had to force them to make payments for us. Plus their "fees" for "negotiating" payment plans were WAY OUT OF LINE. They kept making excuses about their computer software, which was new, made these errors and they would correct them. We never once received a correct statement. They promised they were in touch with our creditors but never were. We ended up in worse shape then we were and they cause a lot of problems for us. My husband called early morning of the 1st of September and immediately the technician told him it would be 24 hours before we would receive service. The next day we did not receive service or a phone call. This company is now calling and harrasing my wife and I. We had our home number changed in April and the previous person must have been in serious financial shape. We have told them OVER and OVER that who they are calling does not live here and never did, and they are calling the wrong number. They will not stop calling.
