When I ordered this product I was told to cancel before 30 days so as not to get charged, however, I cannot contact them to cancel. All of the numbers that other unhappy people have given sre no longer in servive. Also my product arrived in a white bag with no invoice or return address. I signed up for 18 months of Urban Active gym time and paid the amount with a credit card. a year later I get a threatening phone call from a collection agency saying I owe money. Att home phone and internet department are the rudest people I have ever spoken on the phone with. They offer no help to all of the bogus charges on my bill. There are many hidden fees when setting up internet and home phone! Also the rewards card they promised me still hasn't come and they assure me it will be here.
