Several months ago I purchased a glass-topped desk from Ikea for our daughter. I later found that the desk was too large for the space. I found every receipt except the one I needed, and not having a receipt, Ikea refused to allow me to return the un-opened desk. Att home phone and internet department are the rudest people I have ever spoken on the phone with. They offer no help to all of the bogus charges on my bill. There are many hidden fees when setting up internet and home phone! Also the rewards card they promised me still hasn't come and they assure me it will be here. Had ordered two purses, thinking they were Coach purses and they aren't Coach confirmed they have no outlet stores online. So I cancelled the order within 24 hours and they are now telling me they will be charging me a 15% Credit Card Handling fee, which is not in writing at all on the website. This site is run out of China. They are selling counterfeit golf clubs. They sold me a TaylorMade R9 Driver. The shaft broke during the second use.
