This place is a slum. The manager doesn't exist, the building is frequently tagged by MS13 ( a mexican gang ) and there are always drunks in front of the building. The neighbors constantly break the front door, so they don't have to use a key, kids are playing on the roof top and there are rats and pigeons in the walls and ceilings. Halloween Night – the WeHo Halloween Carnival had ended and it was nearly impossible to get a cab on Melrose Ave just east of San Vicente. I was also a victim of this fraud. I rented a trailer for a week in July 2010. It was dirty and nothing worked. I could not use the water or refrigerator the entire week. Had the $600.00 vacuum (DC28) for 2 weeks...then the height adjustment stops working. Sent it back to Dyson via UPS (I'm sure UPS is making a huge profit off Dyson). We were sold on obtaining the Wyndham Rewards credit card to help offset maintenance fees. Our cards arrived today with a $500 credit limit rendering these cards totally useless to compile any significant reward points. Both our credit scores are over 800, so that is not the problem. This site is horrible. Their customer service sucks because you can't get a hold of them on weekends, and when you finally do they're rude and aren't even able to help you. They also charge too much in fees, and they take money out of the wrong accounts. I was ripped off by John Moore. They charged $807 to replace a 15 ft PVC pipe. It was an emergency but afterwards I got 5-6 bids on the job andwas told it should not have cost more than $200. THey charged $599 for a 15 ft piece of PVC pipe that would have cost less than $15. I have tried talking to them but they just blow me off.
