I had my vehicle BMW X5 transported from Massachusetts to Alaska through Mercury Auto Transport. The auto carrier that picked my vehicle is called Motion Express based on Portland Oregon. I bought a Cartier watch thru EBAY with the description "Original Cartier Box and booklets". When the item arrive, the accompanying booklet is not for the model that I bought but for a different model. I called them to report that they send a different manual and Jake, the owner, said that they do not pay much attention about the booklet when they list the item on EBAY which I thint is BS. So I left a negative feedbak to EBay and they retaliated by leaving a feedback that I am an extortionost and a liar.

They are from Isreal. The whole thing is just set up to rip people off. I was walking though the mall on 26 october 2010. I was approached by dead sea spa. In 1986 I attended this college in hopes of having a better life, 1n 1986-1987 I received my GED from this school and a nursing assistance diploma. In 1989 I returned to this same school in hopes of receiving my medical assistance diploma. In mid course the school closed their doors and left me holding the bag with student loans and no MA diploma to show for it, I received no notice no warning, just doors locked and so long sucker. THERE WERE TWO UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES TO MY ACCOUNTANT $99.96 and one charge for $6.95 and 15 charges $1.29,
Their phone # is 877-825-1528. I also canceled within the proper time frame. I was told that they have no proof of my cancellation and was also asked to give them a cancellation number. I explained to the representative that I was not given a number and she boldly said she could not help me. Thank God that my cell phone have records of me calling the company to cancel after the products were received.

Yesterday I ordered two twin beds, end table and two form mattresses. Sales person told us its same price for mattress foundation or bunky board and we picked bunky board, within 12 hours we change mind and decide to buy mattress foundation instead bunky board manager told us to pay $120 difference. We found Concord Pacific Group Inc build very poor quality of construction and misinform homeowner about customer service. During warranty period we had found lots of construction code violations. Every time company management state they missed things during construction. We do understand nobody is perfect but dealing with Concord Pacific Group was a hell of the time. After having numerous discussions with the manager Terry and the corporate office of the CVS store located on 19th avenue and Indian School Road Phoenix, arionza, I am finally at my wits end with the last incident being the last straw.
The pharmacy staff at this store is a group of young, arrogant no it alls, who feel they are not accountable to anyone, including the corporate office.

In 2007 we bought a new LG 2007 washing machine from Home Depot. In 2010 it broke down. The LG repairman told us that the part that broke down was a water pump -- manufactured in 2001!!!. Home Depot tells us that's unacceptable. LG tells us too bad. Watch yourself when you buy LG. You don't know what's inside. read full review »

As i was given my honda odyssey to dealership in orlando for painting and body work on 10/04/2010. they told me to give back within 5 days.when i call them they said my van door having problem .it was not there i gave only for the body work.they take almost 2 weeks and give back on 10/21/2010.i drop my van only 8000 miles when they give it, s almost 10, 000 miles extra added . i call customer service to tell the problem and they hung up.

They have a real old boy/girl network going on here. Funny how it only takes one corrupt sort. After stealing/appropriating software, they take advantage of the same employee because she is minority and dyslexic. They give the employee all kinds of runaround just to get accommodations. They deny her training but fulfill training requests for all the rest. When she enrolls in a training course at a college, they accuse her of acting covertly and take punitive actions. I bought a timeshare from this Company also. Was led to believe that we as owners had an exclusive right to use this Resort. Come to find out much later that only 35% is available. The remaining units are offered to the general public. An example: you can book 6days/5nites at the Villa del Palmar all inclusive for $399. How does that make the Owners feel?
I would very much like to be a part of any Class Action Lawsuit!! Who should I contact??

Somehow, Bright-Deal.com got my Craigslist acc't password and used my account to post 2 ads for cell phones. I've never bought cell phones from them before but they're clearly scam artists and I wouldn't trust them.
