My name is Cedric Raulston, i hired DRA/acushield to help me solve debt. However in their program a little over a year, i hired another agency to handle my debt problem because their program better fit my household income. I ask DRA to refund my administration fees of $2197.30 and told DRA they could keep the monthly maintenance fee of $19.95 for their time and service which came to be $140.00. I bought a 2008 Toyota Scion XB from IRA Toyota back in 2008, $22, 800.00 brand new had 7 miles on it. My problems started with an issues of the braking system. I bought a Sony Vaio laptop from HIDEvolution some time back (when windows 7 was in beta). At the time it was shipped with Windows Vista, but HIDEvolution contact person guaranteed that he will be sending a genuine copy windows 7 once he gets. Once windows 7 was released, he sent me the copy. But it was not a genuine one, and windows system is continuously complaining that the windows copy is not genuine. I signed a service contract with this company on June 09, 2010. The contract was to cover my three ultrasound machines and probes. after both parties agreed to the terms this company took my ONE of my machines and two probes for evaluation and preventative maintenance. There is abnormal delay in delivery of gas cylinders from this agency (of atleast 30 days or more). When one follows up, they say that they did not receive the order at all. They don't give us bills even when we ask for it and charge us more than what is the bill rate. I have been buying my breakfast at 6am from the Mcdonalds resturant for nearly 3 years. Being a busy contractor I eat on the run. HI I had a very bad experience with one of the most pathetic clinic based in Mayur VIhar Phase 2 New delhi (MUSKAAN DENTAL CARE). The lady dentist is so inefficient that she put excessive medicine on my mouth which burnt the area badly and I suffered for the next 5 days.
