Ordered a rare book early July 2010. FOUR MONTHS LATER, all I have is less (-$60) in the bank and two emails that promise delivery "anytime now". Attempted to contact company for cancelation of order & immediate refund. What I found? None of their links work, no live phone number, tracking number doesn't work, emails returned, company dropped by eCrater.com, order number lost, etc. etc. FINALLY got a call that stated that they did NOT provide refunds - no matter how long it took!!! If I wanted my money back I was ON MY OWN! read full review »

I did a search for a bath and body gel Philosophy Red Fishy. It came up on the QVC search page as $Special Price $ 22.73. I hit “add to cart” and it come up at $25.00. Not a big difference but with Shipping at over $5 it was. I printed the page and saved it and sent an email to QVC asking for the special price. They did not respond to me until they had fixed the page and told me I had watched the video which listed the special price. I watched no video and had the print out to prove the price but they refuse to answer me further... read full review »

Spammers. This place uses obnoxious SPAM to promote their site, which probably means its a total sham. What makes this site especially pathetic is that they will post their SPAM on complaintsboard.com complaint responses. Not smart! Avoid this place, or you most likely risk getting your money stolen. Legitimate web companies do not need to post SPAM on a complaint board. read full review »

There customer service is AWFUL!!! I was charged $10 more for a product then charged a second time due to there lack of organization!!! This sent my account into overdraft and what should have originally been a $69 purchase has now cost me well over $300 in being double charged and all of the overdraft fees that I incurred. When I called to try and resolve the problem I left 4 messages because I couldn't get a live person on the phone. Two days later I get a second charge on my account for $1.49, then two days later another charge on my account for $74.26 - the same day I receive the so called "Sample" trial bottle. I bought a GMC from the dealer, about 2 years ago, and they told me then that I had a warrenty on my truck for 5 years. Then when the truck had problems the warrenty ran out. He said the truck had 5 years, and it ran out as it was a 2005 GMC truck and it was 2010. He didn't tell me that it was five years for the truck, when I asked him, he said all people know if you buy a used truck the warrenty is what the truck had on it. I have since learnt that this website is run from Jersey, Channel islands UK even though they have a com.au domain name, they are not Australian, therefore everything purchased from them comes from Jersey, which means Australian buyers are liable for all taxes and duties on top of the purchase price, this may add a further 30% to the price! Cpe Depot claims that their credits are acceptable for CPE credit in Montana. They claim "All CPE Depot self study courses meet the requirements for Interactive Self Study defined by the NASBA / AICPA standards for self study CPE programs". However, they are not an approved NASBA provider. As a result, the Montana licensing folks only granted me 1 credit of CPE for each 100 minutes of contact...half the normal amount. When they called they said that they had a buyer for a timeshare I wanted to sell. I was told that the money from the sale would be mailed to me about 45 days after I signed the contract which would make it about the middle of June. Subsequent calls turned out to be run around delays, the buyer gets another 45 days to review the deal, the buyer gets 45 days to get financing, etc. etc.. The last alibi was that the buyer didn't get financing so we start the whole thing over again with another buyer. The contract said that if they didn't sell it in 120 days they would keep trying for free. Big deal. They lied and scammed, pure and simple. read full review »

This site is as close as a scam as you can get. You are required to pay for the product either via paypal or direct deposit. The product that I have ordered has not arrived and is well over two weeks since it's been ordered. There is no customer service to contact or respond to your enquiries. They do not have a telephone number, but just a dodgy PO Box address somewhere in Sydney, Australia. I am continuing to pursue the issue, but my bank does not even give me a valuable course of action to retrieve my money back. For those thinking of even buying from here...you have been warned.
