Lexus USA
Lexus offers absolutely no warranty on OEM tires on your brand new Lexus. That risk is all on the owner. This certainly is not explained at purchase. These tires cost nearly $300 each and no warranty. Certainly Lexus has enough power with Michelin to get the same warranty Michelin offers through Costco--huh?? read full review »

Sedgwick CMS Insurance
This company has given us nothing but grief with it's constant delays, lies, and failure to pay claims. My previous doctor dropped me because they could not get payment for services / medications. The claims worker claimed for 4 years that she could not find my file everytime I called. I finally had to go to previous doctors and track down all the records myself and give her the information in order to get medical treatment for a back and neck injury that left me at risk for quadriplegia.
Once I got the OK, I could not find a doctor... read full review »
Shell Food Mart
This is a civil and criminal crime and conspiracy against a senior citizen and a minority small business owner by M & I Bank and TradeCor Desert Sky II a Commercial developer. I have all the documents to prove all of below.
1) In December 2007 M & I Bank sold us a SWAP loan to refinance our business which we did not understand. My wife and I trusted them because M & I Bank convinced us that our monthly payments would remain constant irrespective of the market interest rate.
2) Our monthly payments were never constant... read full review »
songmaster also known as ticketnetwork
I purchased 3 tickets for the Rockettes in Kansas City. When we got there I discovered the tickets were for New York and I was also charged for a personal audience with the Rockettes. The tickets had another person's name on them. A piece of paper came with the tickets explaining that these were my tickets even though my name was not on them. What a scam. $240.09 down the drain. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! read full review »
Citizen Public Adjusters
We attempted for the last 4 months to communicate, by phone with Citizens Public Adjusters of Bensalem PA (Jerome J. Sacco Sr; President) regarding our dissatisfaction with their company's service. Each time we have received the run around, blatantly ignored and when I finally received a call back by Manager Jay Massuco I made a meeting and was stood up. In the spring of 2010 I contacted Citizens Public Adjusters because we had a leak in our kitchen that destroyed all of our floors and rugs and leaked down to our basement. I... read full review »

Set up date of work, but kept pushing it ahead until it wasn't started until months after agreed date of work. Will take short-cuts in doing the job correctly if you don't watch them. Does not give a line item detail of materials used, so you have to make sure you count the excess otherwise they take away the excess materials, but still charge you for them. Work half-days and take off whenever they feel like it. The job took twice as long as it should have. Will not be using them again. read full review »
Blue Tide Custom Homes, LLC
Best Builders in Berkeley is also known as Blue Tide Custom Homes, LLC. License# 13VH03044900. We, regretably, paid in full in good faith before the job was complete due to economical challenges Blue Tide owner was having. Unfortunately the job was never completed. Now, over 3 months since the start of this project and over $35K for a full kitchen and 2 bath renovation, we are left not only with minor cosmetic incompletions, but NO upper cabinets as well as plumbing and electrical issues. We had to hire a plumber and electrician to finish... read full review »
Empire Gates
The company installed the gates, besides the minor issues like pitted paint and dents, the Gap between the two panels are way too big to lock securely and looked funny.
I called the Owner Dave, and he claims it is my wall not straight, (yeah right, bring your level here and drop your eye balls, there's no way for a wall not leveled to cause the gap only in the middle part not on the top and bottm side), even though the wall is not leveled, it is not my problem and you should notice that before you make the gate.
I told him my... read full review »

All of the items marked cancelled, preparing for shipment or expired were auction items that I had won and PAID FOR, including shipping charges but NEVER received. I spent months calling and emailing Goid asking that they either ship my items or reimburse me, and got nothing but excuses and lies, saying that the items had been shipped and then started stating that I needed to pay additional shipping charges before I could receive my items. They cancelled auctions at whim and even went so far as to accuse me of collusion and unfair bidding... read full review »
Woodburner
Ordered a custom chair cover for outside swivel wicker glider. Paid 270.00 taxes included. They sent me a box made of material which doesn't fit my chair. It's quite upsetting to think I could've bought a bar-b-q cover with more character. It took 4 weeks for me to get my order. The internet order was at my door in 11/2 weeks. I purchased a wicker couch cover over the internet and Paid 69.99 which they quoted me 4??>??. Glad I didn't get that. I called the woodburner and all they said was they were sorry I didn't like the cover. read full review »

To put it simply we feel that we were treated poorly by the owners and the tub repair person. We feel the repair invoice was padded using deceit and down right dishonesty.
At no time were we contacted with the repair estimate, even though we asked Gary repeatedly for one. At no time were we given the opportunity to say No, thats too much for an old hot tub, dont fix it, Which, had we been contacted, as is normal procedure for every other repair weve ever had, we would never have consented to do.

Absolutley the worst service!! We had a ladies nite out this weeken and halfway going to the NYC from CT the sun roof fell on top of 5 ladies, we had to force the driver to stop the limo and put the sunroof on! To top it off it was freezing this weekend. The driver seemed incompetenant to fix the situation. The cd player didnt work, it smelled and it was dirty. Then the sun roof flew off, and the limo driver didnt... read full review »

Big Issue
As the problem -and fear- of scammers is such a big issue today, I had to make a section about scams all of its own. However, my first piece of advice is don't get obsessed with the idea that you are going to get scammed, this is about finding a wife.
You probably clicked on this tab because, unfortunately, today men like you are as worried about getting scammed as you are about finding the right lady. I do not think you should worry about getting ripped off every time you write a letter, receive a phone call, meet a girl, etc. After... read full review »

Counterfeit Site Caper
The website looked real--those things are impossible for an amateur to fake, aren't they? Trusting offical-looking websites is an easy habit to develop. And for someone buying or selling a car, the authenticiy of an offical looking webiste like eBay is often the last thing they'd question. That trust could lead to an expensive mistake.
One scam that's less well known than the Nigerian buyer classic or the Nigerian seler switcheroois the counterfeit site caper. A typical set up has the seller of a super bargain priced vehicle... read full review »

EcoFirst
Not only is their service expensive, the product does not work. We signed up for their $99/quarter plan in the summer of 2010. We called Eco to take advantage of their warranty and they came out the following week to spray again. We waited a couple of weeks to see how the second application worked and still saw no reduction in pests. We called yet again to schedule a third application... read full review »
