The so called business deposited my check September 9th. It is November 20th and they do not respond to emails or phone calls. I have called them 40-50 times and no one has ever answered the phone. The store does not allow refunds. When I tried to get a refund, they wanted to charge me an additional $30. just to sent the boots back. Then I got an email saying no refunds were allowed. Although the product is supposed to be authentic Ugg boots, the product is stiff and hard and the top of the boot was narrow and didn't fit.
