Jewelry returned to store purchased from within the required 14 day period. Store issued typed printed receipt. The store receipt indicated that it was issued to my daughter. No indication on receipt that it needed to be used within a certain time period. Thus it should have been as good as cash. Vonage is advertising for unlimited world calling plans for only $29.95/ month. I am a new subscriber and after signing up with them they informed me via email later that I only get 3000 minutes per month and not unlimited even though it is advertised and never been informed while signing up with them. Hewlette Packard's product quality and customer service are shockingly poor, to the point of being criminal. I purchased a high end HP desktop in December of 2009 at a cost of over $1200. The owner of this site e-mails the night before the event to say the tickets you thought you purchased are no longer available. The tickets he tries to sell you instead are at least double the original ticket amount. There is a clause on the order form and the receipt that if your original tickets are no longer available then you agree to accept equivalent or better seats at the same price.. He DOES NOT stand behind this claim. You will be screwed over. It happened to me twice for a concert and a hockey game.
