I elected to enroll in IR's FSA account option for 2010 and elected to put $1500.00 in the what sounded like a good option. The company's sales rep sold me a $30, 000.00 energy system that was going to eliminate my electric bill and be completely paid off in approximately 30 months. This included state rebates and federal tax credits. The terms of financing were to be zero down, no payments and no interest for a year. I have been taking my car to Sears for a couple of years. The slow Customer Service has been getting worse each time. Today when I went to pick up my car, there were 12 people on line to see ONE Customer Rep. From 3 to 4 pm, the other reps disappeared, and even the one rep that was working was trying to figure out where everyone went.
