I brought a Whirlpool purafresh waterpurifier 3 months back and it's electric board is damaged. Now when I call the service center they r saying that We'll get back to you very soon. This is a scam. I paid the 25 dollars for an unlock code, downloaded and installed the software and when I tried to unlock my phone, it said I had insufficient credits. I contacted the online support, who kept me on the phone for 30 min till he told me to email the sales department. Still waiting to here from them. Fraudulent UGGS - I purchased a pair of UGG boots(at least I thought they were authentic UGGS) from this website to give to my daughter for Christmas. It has other names also. Mimics legitimate sites like retailsoft.com, but they are not. No contact number, no address. Email function doesn't even work. Probably scamming to get your paypal id and password. Another member said they received pirated chinese software, and was not able to get a paypal refund. Their mirror site is softatlantic.com. Donnot purchase from this website. Their uggs are fake. If you return a boot which is what I did when I found out the boots are ordered were fake, I had to pay the return shipping costs and the shipping costs of the price it costed them to send the boots to me originally although their website advertised free shipping. This is a complete scam company. We were contacted by a person in NY that said they got our phone number from a resale co. while on vacation. They wanted to buy our timeshare and were going to go thru Resort Investment Group to get a contract and buy the timeshare. We paid a deposit into their "escrow" account. The product on this site may not be bad, but the policies and methodology are dirty. Sign up for a free trial and you're hooked with a monthly $85.90 charge. Even though numbers are valid they don't ring through because this company uses Vonage for their phone service which intermittently will get a false busy signal.
