The 1 person in the customer care department is only available from 10 until 4 Monday through Friday and during those hours she doesn't answer the phone - EVER! You have to leave a message and wait... There is no other person to reach by phone after 4:00 or before 10:00. Also, when placing the order, the 1 customer care person failed to inform me that they require a signature for items when they are received by the customer. I received Indian hair from this company. They made a mistake on my order. I paid extra money for super curly and they sent loose curly. They also bundled the hair in 2 oz bundles when I asked for 4 oz bundles. So they acknowledged their mistake and agreed to exchange it for me.
