I signed up and then after receiving my first shipment, called the company and canceled my requests so that I would not receive any future shipments or changes to my account. I returned the shipment and received a credit for it. However, a month later I received another box. This company is hard to reach and does not honor the requests of their customers when they which to cancel their original request for their products. I have since received two shipments and charges to my account. I can't get them to STOP. I guess the best course of action is to see if the bank can block all future invoice payments. We recently flew it Italy via Euro Fly. Our departure was supposed to leave @ 4:45 pm on 07-28-06. We started boarding at 7:00 pm, taxied to the runway at 7:30 pm. I went the physician to get treatment for a sinus infection. I filled out all their paperwork with all my insurance and confidential information. I then proceeded to wait 2 hours to see the doctor and there were 2 people in the waiting room. I find that the cap used for switch of the pen is faulty in design as it falls off after switching the pen off sometimes. The pen was bought two months back. On a recent vaction to DC, we (wife, 2 teen boys) stayed at the Comfort Inn (12th & M). Payless offers a lower cost service online for car rentals. However, once you arrive at the desk to pick-up your car they use a series of bait and switch type behaviors to add a series of add-ons. It is high pressure sales and in my case an outright lie to add additional insurance coverage and a misrepresentation of the total cost. We contracted with Verizon Wireless in Toledo, OH and pay our bill to Lehigh, PA. Qwest Communications allowed our business telephone account to be switched to another carrier without my knowledge. This occurred in May 2001. When I found out what they had done, they switched my account back and promised any charges on the old account would be credited due to the inconvenience. Our 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee air conditioning evaporator developed a leak. After getting estimates from several repair shops we found out that this has been an on going problem in Jeeps and that there hasn't been a recall for this problem from the manufacturer. This repair is very expensive to repair. We paid the Jeep dealership in Merritt Island, Florida over $750.00 to get this fixed. This dealerhip also told us that a recall should have been issued for this defect but never was. We signed up to get the magazines and we received a single magazine along with a bill of $298.00 for the membership fee which we did not agree to, we mailed back the bill to them and said we did not agree to this and to cancel everything. About a month later we get a notice from a collection agency for this amount. I contacted the district office of the club, told them the situation and was told they would take care of it.
