A deposit was paid to "Leons Mobile Transport" towards moving a mobile home, complications occured on our part, and the job was delayed. I spoke with his assistant (his wife? "Beverly") last Thursday, and she indicated that Leon wanted to cancel the job and just refund our money. Since then they have failed to respond to our Faxed letters, and I spoke with Leon tonight who indicated that a "letter" was being sent to me that "explained everything"... We did check our RCI confirmation letter and it stated it was for a 1 bedroom with two sofas. When we arrived the rooms did not have this accomadation or at least they stated that they did not have it available. That is when the clerk offered the extra room at no charge. Then, at check out we had to pay for the extra room for all 7 days of our stay. We were mislead and we did not find out until we checked out of the Il Poggio. I just relocated across country. Items were packed with bubble wrap and pop corn, wadded paper and other protective materials. The objects were put in rental truck. Then, either transferred to another truck or put somewhere else for a few days. I was told that my things would be on ONE truck for the entire move. This was not true. I bought this product in Jan 2006 and it stopped working after 3 months. I have logged several complaints regarding this and no one has come to my place and they have not tried to contact me as well. This is to warn other consumers not to be entrapped by this Alarm Company. I signed up for a 3 year contract and specifically asked my salesman "what happens after the 3 year period" I was told i could receive the service on a month to month basis. I was automatically renewed for another 3 year period. Never pay your bill online through Cox, never. I paid my bill online $124.81 whatever the amount and Cox took out $240.19! Now I could see it if there was one number off, but every number. I believe that they purposely removed that money out of my account. They said that I would be reimbursed within 48 or 72 hours. No reimbursement and now they say that I need to do it from my bank. We bought a used 2001 Chevrolet Suburban at Bankston that their written documents said was a "certified car" and, therefore, was not being bought "as-is," and further, we bought a warranty for about another $1,200. While using a GE Dishwasher Model PDW8280J03SS, serial # GH74992B, I deeply cut a finger when opening the dishwasher. I gently felt around where the injury occurred but could not locate anything that may have caused the cut. A bit of antibiotic salve and a band-aid is being used to help it heal. A few years ago we were contacted by them to sell our time share. We had to scrape together the $499 to even try and get out from under the payments and annual dues. All contact with the company was initiated by me and it took a few years to sell, by that time we had lowered our asking price to the point that we took a loss on our taxes and even had to pay an additional amount of money just to get rid of the time share. After getting 5 quotes for prices on moving, I had an offer to match lower prices if I paid cash, also he would remove snow as he also owned snow plowing business, I agreed, but was lied to. I hired Akita Copy to move a copy machine for me. They missed several appointments and then showed up, got the copier and tried everything that they could to delay delivery, until the following Monday. They then delivered my copy machine (Broken) and doubled the charge. I refused to pay the difference and they refused to repair the damage that they caused. I have an Amana Bottom Freezer Single door refrigerator. Twice the fridge has stopped cooling and freezing. It makes a funny noise and then I notice my freezer items are softening. This is to report the pathetic experience I have had with Sunnyvale travels. A couple of weeks ago I needed to book a ticket to India. At the time of booking, I was advised to fly via Cathay Pacific as it was supposed to be cheaper and have the same level of experience as Singapore Airlines. Also it was informed that the flight could easily be rescheduled. My wife and I worked out an agreement with Citicorp that allowed them to automatically deduct our payment from our bank account each month. Citicorp did this all the way until the last payment. They did not take the last payment, and instead, sent us a notice that our payment was late. They attached a large late fee on to it and are now demanding this extra money. When we inquired as to why they stopped, they claimed that the arrangement had expired. Convenient. We told them that we would send them the original final payment only and be done with them. This posting is to warn vehicle renters in Germany to be very thorough in inspecting their vehicle, because Budget will hold you liable for every thing if it was not fully documented as preexisting damage. I am very displeased with this home builder! They show you the models and dont tell you what is included (no signs or anything) in the model and if they do tell that something is included if you ask the other sale person they say its not. The quality is inferior, they came in a million pieces that I had to assemble, they don't accept returns, and THE CHANDELIERS ARE NOT UL RATED, plus the people are rude and unresponsive. American Leak Detection - Santa Barbara, CA installed a new skimmer in my pool, and despite an insert inside the new skimmer warning to keep the area clean to make sure that debris didn't enter into the skimmer or the area of the repair as it might lead to damage to pool equipment, guess what happened? I will never recommend using A Fairytale Wedding for weddings, corporate events, and other special events! I rented chairs, tablecloths, napkins, etc. from them and they were late. Not only did they deliver everything late to the wedding reception, the chairs were in horrible condition, the tablecloths were wrinkled, had burns from previous uses, and had stains on them. Don't fall victim!! This is what happened to me: I was taken to breakfast and then told how I could make lots of money if I bought several timeshare weeks with Mayan Resorts and rented them out. I was given figures (which I never got copies of) by my salesman that would make me good money. I later found these figures to be grossly exaggerated. I was also given figures showing how my timeshare would increase in value, which I also later found was false.
