I purchased a 32" TV from Sears and it required home delivery. When the item was delivered the delivery truck hit my car and did not tell me. This accident was witnessed by 2 of my neighbors. My complaint regards a RV dealership in central Ohio. The company is RCD of Hebron Ohio. Just over a year ago we bought an RV which they represented profusely as a 2002 model. Throughout our negotiations on price for our trade-in they continued to lowball our trade and highball our new one. We did buy it and found to our dismay that the VIN # was a 2001. RCD made about $15000 on the deal. I tried to complain to Better Business Bureau and after lengthy back and forth found BBB was siding with RCD. I purchased a Kenmore Elite Trio refrigerator in April 2004. This weekend we were hearing loud thumping noises coming from the refrigerator and earlier that afternoon, the top refrigerator portion of the unit died. Vehicle documentation shipped from Automobile Dealership in Huntsville, AL to Savannah, Tn on 06 October 2006 - never arrived at my home. Dealership checked with DHL and they say that they delivered the package on 09 October 2006. We were at home the entire day - the package was not delivered. I have a severe ppd allergy, i emailed the company about its products as it says there are ppd free and use no chemicals, only natural plants and herbs in their hair colours. The box claims you can install this unit into your electric socket either horizontally or vertically. You CANNOT install this horizontally. We brought our car to Rick Case Honda Collision center after the car was stolen and needed repairs. We dealt with a Mr. Juan Elliot at the collision center who was in charge of our vehicle. United Parcel Service is the very worst delivery service out there!. Twice they've lost my items, Do they call me, and let me know, NO. They must think the world revolves around them. I've lost business because of their very late deliveries. I ordered a package from N.Y., and was delivered by DHL in 2 days. If I were to use UPS, it would take 5-6 days to get here, and I wouldn't see it until around 6 pm. The funny thing is, they're UNION, and still they're half-ass! We bought our stacking Frigidaire (top load) washer/dryer about seven years ago. We had an old Frigidaire pair that we gave away when we bought this troublemaker. The old washer filtered the water so the lint did not get into the pump and stop it up. This new unit has no such feature and occasionally "surprises" us with about 20 gallons of water on the floor.
