Rick Case Honda Reviews

November 28, 2006
Car repairs takes too long!
My car was taken into the Rick Case Collision center for some repairs to the grill and hood. They had the car for over a month after I was told only 7-8 business days. Fine, wrong estimate of time... but why did my service adviser never return any of my calls, it was crazy to get a hold of him? This service and collision center is awful with communication. I would definitely go somewhere else. They are very untrustworthy.

Bad business practices, rude staff
We brought our car to Rick Case Honda Collision center after the car was stolen and needed repairs. We dealt with a Mr. Juan Elliot at the collision center who was in charge of our vehicle. They had the car for 9 weeks because they could not get anything straight. They put in a new radio that played one cd at a time even though it was a 6 CD Changer radio that was in there before. Mr. Elliot argued with us until we had him get the old radio and than he backed down. We tried to insert CD's in the radio and it wouldn't work. I brought the car into the dealer after making an appointment for 7:00 am on November 3, 2006. Mr. Elliot and another service person came out and asked what was wrong. I told them of the problem and asked to see the CD. Since I had a pre recorded CD with me, they both said that it would not work in the car. They both said that the one was thicker than the other. I argued with them, but Mr. Elliot walked off and said," You are going to be embarassed if this CD works!" He came back and it still didn't work. He than said I had a cd stuck in the radio. I told him the CD doesn't even turn on, I have a 2005 Honda CRV so I know how the radio works. He told me to step away from the car and closed the door. Several minutes later he got out of the car and said that his technician needed to look at it. He said I needed to leave the car for the day. At that time I told him that was unacceptable and that I wanted to see a manager or his supervisor. He disappeared for an hour, when he came back and said that the wrong radio was installed in the car. He said he pulled the radio out and put it in a 2005 honda and that it worked. I asked him what he was going to do about it. He said he will research it. I don't believe he will do anything but sit on it. To make matters worse, when I started to drive home the 4 - way flashers started to blink and wouldn't shut off. After an hour they finally stopped. After they stopped they wouldn't come back on and now the blinkers do not work. Do you think this was done on purpose? I am so disappointed in Rick Case Honda that I will NEVER buy a honda again. I will tell my friends to stay clear of RICK CASE HONDA. The more people I talk to about the dealership, the more horror stories I hear.
