Wexford Carpet
January 9, 2007
Sells retail for $52.36 yd. Bought 40 yds. in Sept., 2003. By summer of 2004 color had faded from blue/green to light yellow/green. Faded areas were even in closets and under furniture, so it was not sun -fade or normal wear and tear. Co. was sold in late 2003 to C& W Industries. New owners will not make good, but gave me name & number of old company complaint person (her phone # was simply an extension line of C&W!) Spoke to her in Nov., 2004. Still waiting for complaint to be resolved. She now refuses to deal with me and... read full review »

Not too long ago a package was delivered to my old apt by UPS. (Lake Point Apts “Off Ablemarle Rd.” Charlotte NC). I left a forwarding address and phone number prior to moving. The delivery person left the package at the main office and it was signed for by one of the office employees. The package was valued at over $100 & it was perishable. I was never contacted about this delivery. I found out about the package and called to Laurel Walk apts to inquire about it. The person who's signature was on the ups side claim... read full review »

Radio City - Rockettes Entertainment
January 9, 2007
This happened a few years ago, but people should still hear about it. After attending the Radio City Christmas show in Minneapolis, I e-mailed Radio City to ask whether they would forward a letter of appreciation to the performing Rockettes. A public relations staffer replied that yes, they would gladly address and forward the letters. To minimize their inconvenience, I enclosed a copy of the letter in 22 stamped and sealed envelopes, each with a printed Rockette addressee name taken from the Playbill. I mailed the package to New York, a... read full review »

Open Road Acura of Wayne
January 9, 2007
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with my experience with my purchase of my Acura. I purchased a 2005 Acura TL on Monday December 4, 2006. I went to Open Road Acura of Wayne, 1425 Route 23 South Wayne, NJ 07470 on Saturday, December 2, 2006 to test drive a vehicle. I was greeted by my salesman Peter C. Peter had showed me two TL’s, one with Navigation and one without, he seemed unknowledgeable about the products that he was selling. I should have gone with my initial instinct and left that dealership. As me... read full review »

Barclays Bank
January 9, 2007
I am very disillusioned with Barclays Bank and am currently having a problem with their online banking (which must have serious security problems) and their apparent inability to help me. It is the case that I travel a lot and am therefore not able to get to a bank very often, once a month max. On 24Nov06 I tried to set up a new payment online. Having gone through the correct procedures I kept getting a failure message so I called the Bank. I was told that they had added a “new facility” that stopped me setting up new payment... read full review »

McGinnis Cadillac/Mitsubishi - Houston, TX
January 9, 2007
Let me tell you a little about my experience with McGinnis Cadillac in Houston, TX. During an online search for a pre-owned vehicle, I came across what I thought to be a pretty good bargain from McGinnis Cadillac. I called the number listed, and spoke to a sales person. He gave me some information about the car, and I went to look at it during my lunch break. The first time I got there, the car was blocked in by about 5 other cars, so a test drive was out of the question. I had to come back a second time to test drive it. After... read full review »

When I was in NC I had US Cellular phone service for several years. My phone kept disconnecting and they said a new phone would pull in all the new towers. I accepted a new phone, not knowing that it renewed my OLD contract, which had all kinds of original "agreements" that was not on the new sheet they had me sign. Several months later I accepted a job in Florida and guess what--US Cellular isn't IN Florida. When I have phone problems where do I go--nowhere. My wife and I recently went to Alexandria, La to shop. On our way home we stopped at the Popeyes on U.S.165 in Kingsville. We ordered our food and my wife went to the restroom. Shortly she came from the restroom and was livid. She told the salesperson behind the counter their restroom for the ladies was filthy. The sales person didn't respond at all. My wife found the manager and told him there was feces on the camode seats. He said he would check it out.
