This complaint is in regard to what I believe to be an illegal practice at the Wendy's fast food restaurant located at 425 Fulton street in Brooklyn, NY. On january17th i went to the bank to withdrawal some money from my account and come to find out the bank had closed my account without notifying me. Lies Lies Lies! You can't take a vacation when you want or where you want; but when they tell you and where they tell you. Basically, they have too too too many members or not enough availability. I ordered the series of Mama's Family from raredvds.tv around Dec28th. Immediately my debit card was charged for the order and I was sent two separate email stating that the order would be sent in 10-14 days. I received a collection notice, stating the Original Creditor is Verizon Communications and that I should NOT contact them. The phone number is bogus. It is not even in the correct area code to where I live! They suggest that it is in my best interest to resolve this account. They threaten a negative credit report reflecting on my credit record if I fail to fulfill the terms. They refer to Rosenthal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices act. I shall contact the FTC to report this fraud. I hope others do the same. This is the second time I have to call GE money bank to ask them to stop charging interest on a zero percent loan. I cannot find a complaint e-mail address to send this to, so please help me contact Triumph Directly to report this problem. My account statement is for payoff on a motorcycle from Triumph, but there should not be a payment applied to interest. I purchased 33 replacement windows in March 2004 for my 30 year old house. At the time my salesman Scott Doyle, assured me that 'Sears stands behind their products,' and that the reason I paid $18,808 for these windows was because they came with a 20 year 'anything' warranty. Doctor tried to fix a tooth that was not fixable which had nerve damage and told him to pull the tooth...he convinced me to do a root canal, and crown. He then had to extract the tooth and still charged me for a full root canal $775 plus around $300 for the extraction. I told several people the story and my sister said he did that to her too! Read your paperwork Entirely before signing. I purchased a membership but unfortunately I was injured at work and had to discontinue the membership. But when I tried to stop my membership and get a refund, following there explicit rules to discontinue my membership due to health reasons, I supplied medical reports from Doctors and Specialists that they asked for and after faxing them and bringing them into the facility. THOUSANDS of dollars of damage, no response to communications and theft. Boxes were crushed, items were missing, a table was SMASHED to pieces and locked boxes were pried open. I won 2 alarm systems on ebay and even ordered extra parts. Received 1 unit and extras but 3 window switches would not work. Called and left message took several days to return call and said would have to check and see why i only received 1 unit. In late November of 2006, I ordered a gaming computer from this company. I needed a few questions answered and tried their online help. I'm helping a gentleman who happens to be in Iraq serving take care of an issue with a Sears credit card. Most of the charges on the card are interest and overage charges.
