Purchased a Logitech "Harmony 880" Remote Control in Feb. I filled out their form correctly, and included required receipt and original bar code from package, in order to claim their $30 rebate when purchased thru Amazon.com. Logitech now claims I did not fulfill terms by purchasing ANOTHER product. This was not a condition of the rebate as clearly shown on their form, which I can provide on request. Called a phone # on a tv advertisement for a coffee maker - willing to pay the coffee maker price , the phone was answered by automated service and included an extra charge for coffee pods at over $ 200.00 for 4 boxes of coffee not including the price of the coffee maker . I was looking for a loan to help with some unexpected bills which I have obtained, however somehow Ever Card or Quick Card services has debited my account for $49.95 on 03/21/07 and I have no idea who the heck this company is and I definitely did not give this company my personal banking information to do so. I bought a 2001 Mitsubishi on Feb 3 2007. When i bought the car, there is no blinkers, the dealer, John, told me he would fix it in two days. Then he would send the car to me from Lansing to Kalamazoo. However, when i received the car, the blinkers haven't fixed yet. I have a restraining order of protection against a associate that I met, which was intimate for periodic times within the last four years. And now the person is stalking me. I got a GE washer and have extended warranty on it. I noticed water leak and turned off the water outlets and asked GE to send a service guy to fix it. The service guy came and told me there's nothing wrong and told me that he would only replace the plastic tub cover. I applied for rebates as OnRebate.com which is part of the TigerDirect company. I sent in all the required information in September of 2005. I had to keep talking with them to finally get them to approve the rebate on June 6, 2006. Now they say they have sent me 3 checks in the mail on Dec. 13, 2006 (6 months later!!!). Never take your pet at Petsmart grooming. I took my cat there for a full grooming services and they didn't wash it. They brush it a little and cut his claws and charge me full price. I call the manager and and they said that there are sorry that i was not satisfied with their services... What services if they didn't wash him??? I have been a regular shopper at the ShopRite in Carmel, NY since 1983, when it opened its doors to the public. A year ago, I became handicapped. I cannot use a regular shopping cart, therefore I rely on a motorized cart. There are two of them in the whole store and do not run properly. I had a bill in collections from GC Services Limited Partnership. I paid this bill November 11,2006. It is now March 13, 2007 and my payment was never sent to the original biller, they claim they never received my money. We bought steel shed on line last year Dec. 2006. Since we received the shipment we've had missing peaces and damaged pieces. As we started to put up the frame we found out we had damaged parts and also missing parts. Using USA PEOPLE SEARCH, who according to an employee, has a link to AP9 24PROTECTPLUS on their website, our credit card got charged multiple times AFTER our transaction with USA was closed. Thankfully our card company, who was well aware of these companies, canceled our card and reissued a new one. If you do a search with USA PEOPLE SEARCH, look out for future 'strange' charges to your account.
