I tried to pursue a free offer for an eBay instructional CD and somehow was committed to three others products from "The CS Center" without authorization. I don't know how they would have obtained my credit card number except that it is on file with eBay for "PayPal" services.

I spoke to company representatives who told me they canceled any future programs but refuse to refund prior charges. Charges are $49.95, $16.95 and $9.99 for three different products that I am in no way interested in and don't even know if I received. They tell me that information was sent to me via email. I most likely deleted any mail I received from an unidentifiable sender.
